
Blake directs the Pinion Wealth division, consulting with high net-worth individuals and business owners. He learns each business owners' objectives and risk/reward philosophy, and suggests investment scenarios designed to boost their assets and resources.
Based in Wichita office, Blake is an accountant skilled in income and estate tax planning, entity design, and transactional planning. With a big picture perspective, Blake listens attentively to discover a person’s financial and emotional drivers. He considers many variables and recommends specific, tailored investment vehicles—such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, among others—so business owners can pursue a more financially sound future.
Blake is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both finance and accounting, with an emphasis in personal financial planning. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licenses, is a licensed life insurance agent, and maintains the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation, which he earned in 2005.He is the secretary and treasurer of the Kansas Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and has served on the advisory council for the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting at Fort Hays State University.
Outside of the office, Blake enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughters. They can usually be found outdoors, attending sporting events, or in western Kansas helping on the family farm.
